We are a "Direct Pay" entity and do not "Bill" insurance of any type. The most common option people pursue would be to simply purchase your item out of pocket and turn your receipt into your insurance provider on your end for reimbursements (if you go this route, you should contact your insurance first and ask if they will indeed reimburse for the product you want and for how much).
