Disclaimer: In some minor cases, your insurance carrier might not cover a medical product that you need. If this happens, you will be notified by My Virtual Physician. If you still feel you need the product prescribed, you can certainly let us know and we will be more than happy to work directly with you as a "direct pay" customer. In other cases, your insurance coverage might only cover a partial amount of the product you need and or want. When this occurs, My Virtual Physician will alert you and you will have the opportunity to cover the remaining amount out of pocket or perhaps choose a less expensive option from our product list. We have worked long and hard to bring everyone a diverse portfolio of products that we like to call "Good - Better - Best". You will be able to find lower cost items, middle of the road items, and more expensive items from our online catalogue. My Virtual Physician cannot assist on an order that has already been ordered and paid for. If you have already ordered and paid for a product, you will need to work directly with your insurance provider on direct reimbursement to you personally if you so choose.
